Delivery Timeline
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, distance, and the logistics partners we work with. Typically, orders will arrive within 5-7 days. While we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities, we will assist you in tracking your package through our courier partners.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in more than one package, especially if items are being shipped from different locations. However, you will only be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.
Order Confirmation Tracking
Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking details to help you follow your order status until delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We understand that shopping online can be a leap of faith, so we offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. COD orders will incur a nominal fee of ₹100. Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
