Return & Refund Policy
At Spiti Decor, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you need to make a return, here’s everything you need to know:
Returns
We accept returns within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us within this time frame. After 48 hours, we are unable to process any return requests.
Store Credits
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we will issue store credits for any eligible returns. These store credits can be used to purchase any product from our website and are valid for a period of 6 months.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged during transit, please follow these steps to be eligible for a return:
- Record an opening video of the package and item immediately after receiving it.
- Send the video along with photos of the damage to connect@spitidecor.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.
Return Shipping
We’ll arrange a doorstep pickup for the item(s) you wish to return. Once collected, you’ll receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product(s), which you can use to shop anything else on our website. Please note that any shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline a free return if a previous COD order was canceled upon delivery.
